Intense plum color with a transitioning edge, medium-high density, and a deep layer.

Fragrant with compiled black fruits such as prunes, figs, cassis, blackcurrant, with a touch of violets and black pepper, elegant aromas of black truffle, nuts, chocolate, coffee, and smokey notes.

This is a wine composed of a good structure, powerful tannins accompanied by a large body and an alcoholic presence with a lengthy permanence.

Highly recommended to pair with fatty red meat, game meats such as quail, duck or deer, moles, and Haute Mexican cuisine.

Sirius

The brightest star in the sky as seen from Earth, located on the southern hemisphere of the Canis Maior constellation.

Grapes: 90% Nebbiolo, 10% Malbec.

Beautiful plum red with ruby sparkles; clean and bright.

The aromas of cherries, currants, figs, blackberries and blackberries stand out. Presence of marzipan, some very elegant notes of licorice, cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate and tobacco.

A corpulent but fine and elegant wine, alcohol, acidity and tannicity are perfectly balanced, with a long finish.

It has fruity aromas such as blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, wet earth, spices and leather.

It goes well with spicy Mexican food, mole, achiotes, tinga, meatballs as well as sausages and semi-ripe cheeses.

A medium body is perceived, with good structure and balance between acidity and alcohol with very polished tannins.

Plum red color with ruby shade of medium layer.

It presents fragrant aromas of ripe red and black fruits, including prunes, blackberries, figs and black cherries; spices such as pepper, cinnamon, liquorice, tobacco, nutmeg, butterscotch and vanilla; a very elegant balsamic note is perceived.

It has a medium-high body, fulfils the olfactory promise, is a wine of good structure, powerful tannins accompanied by a great body and alcoholic presence. The permanence is long.

It goes well with game meats such as quail, duck or venison, baked lamb rack and stews.

Hubble

This astronomer discovered at the beginning of the 20th century that our galaxy is not the only one and that the Universe is constantly expanding, just like the taste of this Merlot.

Kepler

Red as the planet Mars. This wine was inspired by the German astronomer and his observations of the orbit of our neighboring planet.

This wine was created in honour of the first astronomer to catalogue the stars in his work Catalogus Stellarum Australium and the comet that bears his name.

CASSIOPEA

Legend tells that this Queen presumed to be more beautiful than the nymphs of the Sea, and being the wine that bears her name it also shines in gold.

Named for the brightest constellation, this blend offers the best selection of Tempranillo grapes combined with Garnacha vines that are 50 years old.
